December 15th I went to California to visit MY GOOD FRIEND- BRIAN WILSON! For the record, Kels bought the ticket. Nelly, Brian's wife is in Iraq and is a flight surgeon. We didn't think he would be able to make it home for x-mas. I promised Nelly to keep an eye on him so- I HAD TO GO PLAY! We rode, ran, & swam about as much as could be done! We had a blast. Brian is a Physical Therapist that specializes in rehab for athletes. I was lucky enough to participate in one of his hardcore classes while I was there. He is very good and I am proud of both of them! Love you both!.

all right....i've been updating the blog and decided to review past posts. has any one seen that email going around about why bike shorts are black instead of white?? well, anyways- glad these are black! LOL! is this why everyone is saying noah is lucky??
