Please send photos if you have any. We filmed most of the delivery so snap shots are short. We want everyone to be posted. Love you all.
I am tired.

Just the 3 of us.
He has arrived!
Here he is! JAN. 26th! I am so amazed at my wife! We had an amazing delivery! No epidural if you can believe that! Labor started Friday the 25th. Dr. Shannon Langner (my sis) flew in ironically this day! She was at our house when Kelsey started labor. It doesn't get much better than that. Kelsey went into labor really about 8p.m. on Friday. We made the trip to Overland Park Regional at 2am. Labor was so controlled by Kelsey. She was totally in control of her body and breathing. There was quite a bit of laboring in the tub. She really loved that. When push came to shove (Pun intended) she got into a squatting position. Ready for this- 4 pushes! I was holding her and Noah literally shot out! He immediately started crying. She grabbed him up while the nurses and I stood there with our mouths open! Kelsey already had him on her chest by the time we processed what we had seen. WOW!
At home with the kids!
Trip To San Diego
December 15th I went to California to visit MY GOOD FRIEND- BRIAN WILSON! For the record, Kels bought the ticket. Nelly, Brian's wife is in Iraq and is a flight surgeon. We didn't think he would be able to make it home for x-mas. I promised Nelly to keep an eye on him so- I HAD TO GO PLAY! We rode, ran, & swam about as much as could be done! We had a blast. Brian is a Physical Therapist that specializes in rehab for athletes. I was lucky enough to participate in one of his hardcore classes while I was there. He is very good and I am proud of both of them! Love you both!.
